The Lasta Courier app is available on both iOS and Android:

• iPhone — search “Lasta Courier” on the App Store.
• Android — search “Lasta Courier” on Google Play.

Make sure you download Lasta Courier (the orange icon), not the customer app.

Try these steps in order:

1. Force close the app and reopen it.
2. Check that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
3. Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
4. Restart your phone.
5. If the issue persists, clear the app cache (Android: Settings > Apps > Lasta Courier > Clear Cache).

If none of these work, please contact support with your phone model and OS version.

The app may log you out if:

• You are logged in on another device (only one active session is allowed).
• Your session has expired after a long period of inactivity.
• There is a security concern on your account.
• The app was updated and requires a fresh login.

Simply log back in with your email and password. If the problem repeats frequently, contact support.

Accurate GPS is essential for receiving orders and navigation. Try these fixes:

1. Ensure Location Services are enabled and set to “Always” or “While Using” for Lasta Courier.
2. Turn off and on your phone’s location/GPS toggle.
3. Move to an open area away from tall buildings (GPS signals can be blocked).
4. Check that you have not enabled any battery saver modes that restrict background location.

Make sure notifications are enabled for the Lasta Courier app:

• iOS: Settings > Notifications > Lasta Courier > Allow Notifications.
• Android: Settings > Apps > Lasta Courier > Notifications > Enable.
• Ensure Do Not Disturb mode is off.
• Check that battery optimisation is not restricting the app in the background.

If the app experiences an outage while you are on an active delivery:

• Continue with the delivery if you know the drop-off address.
• The app will sync your delivery data when connectivity is restored.
• If you cannot complete the delivery, contact support as soon as possible.
• You will still be paid for any deliveries completed during an outage.
