Troubleshooting the Lasta Driver app and technical issues.
The Lasta Driver app is available on both iOS and Android:
- iPhone — search “Lasta Driver” on the App Store.
- Android — search “Lasta Driver” on Google Play.
Make sure you download Lasta Driver (the orange icon), not the customer app.
Try these steps in order:
- Force close the app and reopen it.
- Check that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Restart your phone.
- If the issue persists, clear the app cache (Android: Settings > Apps > Lasta Driver > Clear Cache).
If none of these work, please contact support with your phone model and OS version.
The app may log you out if:
- You are logged in on another device (only one active session is allowed).
- Your session has expired after a long period of inactivity.
- There is a security concern on your account.
- The app was updated and requires a fresh login.
Simply log back in with your email and password. If the problem repeats frequently, contact support.
Accurate GPS is essential for receiving orders and navigation. Try these fixes:
- Ensure Location Services are enabled and set to “Always” or “While Using” for Lasta Driver.
- Turn off and on your phone’s location/GPS toggle.
- Move to an open area away from tall buildings (GPS signals can be blocked).
- Check that you have not enabled any battery saver modes that restrict background location.
Make sure notifications are enabled for the Lasta Driver app:
- iOS: Settings > Notifications > Lasta Driver > Allow Notifications.
- Android: Settings > Apps > Lasta Driver > Notifications > Enable.
- Ensure Do Not Disturb mode is off.
- Check that battery optimisation is not restricting the app in the background.
If the app experiences an outage while you are on an active delivery:
- Continue with the delivery if you know the drop-off address.
- The app will sync your delivery data when connectivity is restored.
- If you cannot complete the delivery, contact support as soon as possible.
- You will still be paid for any deliveries completed during an outage.
