Lasta connects you with professional independent couriers in real-time. Simply download the Lasta app or visit our website, enter your pickup and delivery addresses, select your preferred vehicle type, and get instant quotes. Once you confirm, a courier will be matched to handle your delivery.

You can send documents, small packages, and medium parcels. Each delivery option has specific weight and size limits. Check the vehicle specifications on our Price Details page or in the app. Large or oversized items are not currently supported. Lasta is not liable for items that do not comply with the terms and conditions.

Your price is made up of a base fee, a per-kilometre fee for the route, and a service fee. VAT at 23% is added on top, and every price we show you includes it. The full total is always shown before you pay. Waiting time and any tip are charged separately. The fare displayed at the time of request may vary if the order details change.

Yes! Lasta provides real-time tracking through the app and website. Once your delivery is picked up, you can follow your courier's location on a live map. You receive status updates at each stage: accepted, picked up, in transit, and delivered. You can choose the most suitable delivery option for a secure handover.

You can apply right here on this website, or from the Courier app when it launches. The application takes a few minutes: you confirm your email, tell us how you want to deliver, and upload a photo ID and a selfie. The app and the website walk you through each step on screen, so you always know what comes next. We review every application before approving it, and we email you the decision.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our support team through the app or website. We have a dedicated support team available to assist with any concerns, delays, or problems that may arise during the delivery process.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge before a courier is assigned. After that, a cancellation fee may apply to cover their time and travel. If no courier is found, or a courier cannot complete your delivery, you are refunded in full automatically and are never charged for a delivery that did not happen. Yes. Every courier that works with Lasta passes an identity and right-to-work check before their first delivery, and every application is reviewed by our team before it is approved. It is how we keep the people handling your parcel accountable and your delivery in safe hands.

Lasta accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through the app: Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely through Stripe when you confirm your order.
