Lasta connects you with professional independent couriers in real-time. Simply download the Lasta app or visit our website, enter your pickup and delivery addresses, select your preferred vehicle type, and get instant quotes. Once you confirm, a courier will be matched to handle your delivery.

You can send documents, small packages, and medium parcels. Each delivery option has specific weight and size limits. Check the vehicle specifications on our Price Details page or in the app. Large or oversized items are not currently supported. Lasta is not liable for items that do not comply with the terms and conditions.

Your price is made up of a base fee, a per-kilometre fee for the route, and a service fee. The full total is always shown before you pay. A waiting fee at pickup, if any, is added to your final price, and any tip goes to your courier in full. The fare displayed at the time of request may vary if the order details change.

Yes! Lasta provides real-time tracking through the app and website. Once your delivery is picked up, you can follow your courier's location on a live map. You receive status updates at each stage: accepted, picked up, in transit, and delivered. You can choose the most suitable delivery option for a secure handover.

You can apply right here on this website, or from the Courier app when it launches. The application takes a few minutes: you confirm your email, tell us how you want to deliver, and upload a photo ID and a selfie. The app and the website walk you through each step on screen, so you always know what comes next. We review every application before approving it, and we email you the decision.

Use the form at lasta.ie/help. It opens a support ticket and we aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours. Claims about a delivery must reach us within 14 days, with a photo of the problem and proof of purchase where something was lost or damaged. Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees.

Yes. Cancelling is free until a courier accepts your delivery. After a courier accepts and before they collect the parcel, cancelling costs the base fee and the technology fee, and the app shows the amount before you confirm. Once the parcel is collected, the delivery can no longer be cancelled. If no courier accepts, nothing is charged. For a completed delivery where something went wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will review it. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Yes. Every courier that works with Lasta passes an identity and right-to-work check before their first delivery, and every application is reviewed by our team before it is approved. It is how we keep the people handling your parcel accountable and your delivery in safe hands.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Revolut Pay. When you book, we place a hold on your card, and we charge the final amount when the delivery is completed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
