Manage your profile, documents, and account settings.
To update your personal information:
- Open the Lasta Driver app and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Settings to edit your name, email, or phone number.
- For bank details, go to Account > Bank Account.
Some changes (like your legal name) may require re-verification.
Go to Account > Documents in the Lasta Driver app. From there you can upload new versions of your ID, proof of address, or profile photo. Updated documents are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
To switch between vehicle types (e.g., from walking to bicycle):
- Go to Account > Vehicle in the app.
- Select your new vehicle type and save.
Your vehicle type affects which orders you receive and the delivery radius.
You can deliver in any area where Lasta operates. Simply go online in a new location and you will receive orders for that area. There is no need to formally change your zone — the app automatically shows orders near your current location.
Yes. To request account deletion, go to Account > Settings > Close Account in the app. You can also contact our support team via the contact page. Please note that any pending earnings will be paid out before the account is closed.
Accounts may be placed under review for various reasons including document expiry, identity verification issues, or reported safety concerns. You will receive a notification explaining the reason and what action is needed.
If you believe this is an error, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly.
If your account is inactive for an extended period (no deliveries completed), it may be flagged for review. Here’s what to expect:
- You will receive a notification before any changes are made to your account.
- Your account will not be deleted automatically — it will simply be placed on hold.
- To reactivate, simply log back into the Lasta Driver app and go online.
- If your documents have expired during your absence, you may need to upload updated versions.
There is no penalty for taking a break. You can return to delivering whenever you are ready.
During sign-up, we verify your identity to ensure the safety of our platform. The process includes:
- Document upload — you submit your photo ID, proof of address, and a profile selfie.
- Automated checks — our system verifies your documents for authenticity and matches your selfie to your ID photo.
- Manual review — if the automated check flags anything, a member of our team will review your application.
- Approval — once verified, you receive a notification and can start delivering.
If additional information is needed, we will contact you through the app. The entire process typically takes 24–48 hours.
