How the price of a Lasta delivery is put together.
What makes up your price
VAT at 23% is applied when you check the trip price. Every total we show you, in the quote and at checkout, already includes it.
What can be added
Waiting, cancellation or return
A waiting fee, a cancellation fee or a return fee can be added at the end, depending on what happens during the delivery.
Tip
A tip can be added in advance at checkout and paid by card, or given in cash directly to the courier. Either way it goes to them in full.
* The fare is based on the distance from collection to delivery and the transport model (at the moment we offer walk or cycle), plus a base fee, an operations fee and Lasta commission. VAT is applied when you check the trip price. A waiting fee, cancellation fee or return fee can be added at the end. A tip can be added in advance at checkout, or given in cash directly to the courier. The total may therefore vary, and the fare shown at the time of request may change if the order details change.
