Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract for a Delivery, without giving any reason, at any time until the Delivery has been fully performed. This is explained in Clause 3.2A of our Terms and Conditions.

The simplest way to withdraw is in the app: cancel the Delivery Request directly under Clause 7 (Cancellations). You do not need this form to do that.

Because you ask us to begin the Delivery straight away, if you withdraw before it is fully performed this is treated as a cancellation. The fees in Clause 7, calculated according to how much of the service has already been carried out, are the proportionate amount you owe. Once a Delivery has been fully performed, there is nothing left to withdraw from.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (by email) without delay. Any refund due is made using the original payment method, and the fees under Clause 7 are applied where the service was already partly performed.
